and Heath Guarantee

Dear prospective Shiba Inu parents,

Thank you for considering a furry addition from Kaizen Shiba Inus. I take pride in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our puppies, and we want to provide you with important information about our purchase terms and health guarantee.

Purchase Terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable once you are matched with your puppy.

• If your puppy is being shipped, the total cost of the puppy and shipping must be received by the time the puppy is seven weeks of age.

• If you choose to pick up your puppy, the balance can be paid in cash at that time.

• Your puppy will be ready for its new home at 8 weeks of age.

Health Guarantee:

• Kaizen Shiba Inus requires that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase at the expense of the new owner.

• A copy of this exam must be sent to Kaizen Shiba Inus within one week of the puppy’s arrival, or the guarantee will be null and void.

• If a health problem is discovered at the 48-hour exam that is untreatable, a replacement puppy of equal value or a refund will be provided, as determined by Kaizen Shiba Inus.

• To qualify for replacement or refund, the puppy must be returned to the seller within 24 hours of the exam. A signed document from the veterinarian stating the problem is required, along with the registration papers provided at the time of sale.

• Kaizen Shiba Inus reserves the right to require a second veterinary exam on the returned puppy before offering any replacement or refund. All veterinarian expenses are at the expense of the new owner and are not refundable.

• Our licensed veterinarian examines all puppies at 4 and 7 weeks of age.

Vaccination Policy:

• If you or your veterinarian administer any vaccine within 14 days of the last vaccine administered by Kaizen Shiba Inus, this contract will be null and void. The puppy's vaccine records will be supplied to you.

Genetic Defects Guarantee:

• Kaizen Shiba Inus guarantees the puppy to be free of genetic defects detrimental to its ongoing health until the puppy reaches one year of age.

• A statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming the genetic defect is required, along with a laboratory report supporting the veterinarian’s statement, before any action is taken by Kaizen Shiba Inus.

• Our vet must confirm the diagnosis. A replacement puppy or a refund will be given, to be determined by Kaizen Shiba Inus.

• Kaizen Shiba Inus cannot guarantee the shade of colors, temperament, or breeding of any puppy.
