Puppy Pickup and Shipping Information

Hello to our future Shiba Inu parents,

At Kaizen Shiba Inus, we understand that every family's situation is unique. While we welcome everyone to visit our facilities for puppy pickup, we also offer air shipping for those who may find this more convenient. Here's a breakdown of our pickup and shipping options:

1. Puppy Pickup at Kaizen Shiba Inus:

   • We extend a warm invitation to all our customers to pick up their puppies directly from our facilities. This allows you to see firsthand where your new family member comes from.

2. Air Shipping Options:

   • For those unable to visit in person, we provide air shipping to most states at a cost of $500.

   • ​

   • The shipping fee includes a travel kennel, which is the ideal size for approximately the first 6 months of crate training.

   • Additionally, we offer the option of flying your puppy with a Flight Nanny to most airports (price varies).

3. Shipping Details:

   • Puppies are ready to be shipped at 8 weeks of age.

   • Your puppy will arrive on the same day they are shipped, and you will receive a specific time for pickup at your local airport.

   • To ensure a smooth pickup, please notify us in advance if someone other than you will be collecting the puppy, so we can update the paperwork accordingly.

   • A picture ID is required for puppy pickup.
